"Hey y'all I'm LMT Shannon! Massage therapy has always been something I have wanted to do for my profession. I was interested in high school and did my senior project about oncology massage. With my senior project I became associated with East West College of the Healing Arts where I later took all of my classes to become a licensed massage therapist. I graduated in 2009 and quickly became licensed and have now been practicing for 10 years. The modalities I generally practice are Deep Tissue/Therapeutic Massage, Reflexology, Swedish/Relaxation, Prenatal, but I am also trained in Myofascial, Trigger point, Hot Stone and Lomi Lomi. Although massage is my first love of this life I have an incredible hubby and my two kiddos!!! And when I am not in the office helping clients feel their best I'm usually doing the mom thing. Now that you have met me a little bit I look very forward to meeting you and the privilege to help decrease your pain and feel more comfortable in your body so that you may live your best life!!!"

Hi! I’m Jacqueline. I graduated in 2021 from Alexander School of Natural Therapeutics in Tacoma, WA. I was given the opportunity to move to the greater Portland area in 2022 and jumped at the adventure! I am a licensed massage therapist with a natural affinity for deep tissue work, focusing on relieving tension and restoring balance within the body. My approach is both intuitive and therapeutic, allowing me to effectively address areas of chronic tightness while maintaining a relaxing, supportive experience. I am passionate about what I do and take pride in helping clients feel their best—whether that means easing sore, overworked muscles or simply offering the restorative gift of touch. I believe massage is an essential part of self-care, and I’m dedicated to supporting each client on their individual wellness journey.

Outside of practice, I enjoy spending time with my dog, Waylon Jennings, as well as camping and traveling—activities that help me stay grounded and bring a sense of balance that I carry into my work.

I'm Trinity. I graduated from Bodymechanics School of Massage and Myotherapy in Vancouver, WA. The program I went through has a strong focus in treatment based massage. I have experience working with car accident injuries, tennis elbow, thoracic outlet syndrome, carpal tunnel, tendonitis, and many more.

My goal is to help my clients get back to living their best life. Maybe you want to take your dog on a longer walk, turn to look at your blind spot while driving, crush it in the gym, or just exude confidence in the world around you.

Massage to me is about how much you could achieve and succeed if there was less pain and tension in your everyday life. Let's talk about how we can get you there.

Hi everyone, I am very excited to be part of the NoNotts team. I graduated from East West College of the Healing Arts in 1999 and began practicing massage in 2000. Having practiced massage therapy for 2+ decades, I have had the opportunity to work with clients who have an assortment of health complaints, including but not limited to: MVA, repetitive injuries, chronic pain, migraines, fibromyalgia, clients living with cancer and of course clients needing to relax so they can let go of their stress.

I practice massage by blending the following techniques: Swedish relaxation, deep tissue, myofascial release, trigger point therapy and passive stretching. Using these techniques, I am able to meet my client's needs and create goal-oriented sessions that calm the nervous system so your body can relax and heal. I am also certified in Himalayan Salt Stone Massage, silicone cupping and prenatal massage. I think communication is necessary for a successful session.

Things I like to do when not massaging: go on adventures with my family, hiking, browsing bookstores or baking yummy treats.

Hi, I'm Amy!

When I started NoNotts back in 2009, it was just me - one massage table, a lot of heart, and a passion for helping people feel better in their bodies. Since then, we’ve grown into a wonderful team of skilled therapists who share that same care and dedication.

While I’ve stepped away from providing massages myself, I’m still here making sure everything runs smoothly and that every client feels welcome, supported, and valued. At NoNotts, client care isn’t just a priority — it’s at the heart of everything we do!

I am your go-to gal for any questions, concerns or feedback, and am happy to help in any way I can.

I’m truly grateful for every client who chooses NoNotts — your trust and support mean the world to us. Thank you for allowing our team to be part of your wellness journey.
